EbonieEssentials runs on a preorder shipping system. From order placement, orders take approximately 6 weeks before receiving a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included! If 6 weeks have passed and you have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email or your order, please contact us for a status update at customerservice@ebonieessentials.com.
